Rename items / name tags

Placing any item in anvil and renaming, upon taking item from the anvil it snaps back into anvil in the first slot not renamed and xp cost from the rename is retuned to player.

Any item and name tags unable to rename 

unable to name mobs to prevent despawn ect. 

this is affecting all players on my realm
