Cannot restore my realm backup

I think I accidentally refreshed the world on my realm EEKKK please help! I tried to restore the back up but it failed. It's the Mombiecraft realm see attached. PLEASE tell me someone your end can restore the backup that's the last big one on the screenshot! I will have a lot of upset players if we've lost everything!!!
