Disconnected from Server

I haven't been able to play on my realm for 4 days, I have the same problem continuously, and so does the friend I invited. We try to solve it with all the solutions that can be found on the internet and nothing changes. The internet connection of both is perfect, we reinstall...etc... Nothing Changes.
