Friendly Fire causes server down.

It now occurs after "1.18.30" version update.

When the setting "Friendly Fire" is "ON", whenever you attack and damage the player, everyone will be disconnected after 15~30 seconds from the server and no one will be able to connect to the server for a while: about 30 minites.
