Downloads wrong version of Realm

Trying to download either the current state of my realm or downloading a recent backup results in a VERY old version of the realm state downloading.  Always the same old version.  Very weird.

Additionally, restoring from the automatic backups always throws an error saying it failed, but it does, in fact, seem to restore successfully.
