Realm not loading

When I try to play on my realm (that I pay for each month) the game is not responsive. I made a new world, loaded it to one of the slots, activated the new world, click play and nothing happens. It lets me play the world if it's not loaded to the realm though. However, it won't save any progress... It just loads the game from the start when I log back in again.
