Cannot create new Realms account PS5

I cannot access Minecraft Realms on PSN (ps5) and need help please.

I tried to start a trial but that wouldn't create a Realm. Then I went ahead and started a subscription to see if that would. It didn't. But it DID take my money of course. We have waited days but are met with this message every time:

"your purchase was successful, but we weren't able to create your realm..."

I can see now on Google that this problem has been going on for years. Can you let me know how this could be resolved please??
