White Dye missing in crafting table and all white dye turned to bone meal

All the white dye we have crafted on our realm has turned to bone meal. I can no longer craft white dye and when searching the crafting table, white dye is not listed at all. I found one stack of white dye in my chest and as soon as I selected it, the stack turned into bone meal. I have not tried this on just a normal game yet but this happed on our Bedrock Realm. This happened right after the recent bedrock update. I am playing on PS4 and the realm owner has an Xbox 1.
