World stops working / Disconnected from server

Seemingly since the 1.18.30 update, when I enter certain parts of my world that contain villagers or other animals they will from a distance be moving, however as I approach they freeze up and shortly thereafter I am disconnected from the server.

 

I have attempted to download and run the world locally and the same thing happens except the world continues to stay frozen until I quit the game.

 

When attempting via a Windows PC or Nintendo Switch the same behavior occurs.
