Update from 04/19/22 wrecked this game

Ever since the update this game has been unplayable. 
1)World stops rendering cannot travel far from spawn point. 
2)Items picked up in world do not appear in inventory but make sound that says you picked  up item. 
3)Inventory will not open. Sound initiates button turns green but inventory frozen closed. 
4)Blocks destroyed reappear after picking them up. 
5)Blocks put down disappear causing fall damage if high up. 
6)Randomly keep dying in game after Save/Quit. Load game up to find myself at last spawn point with zero inventory. Went to last location of save and inventory is not there it has just vanished from the game.
