My friend can't join my Realms

I purchased a Realm subscription. I created a world, I enter my friend's Minecraft nickname in the list of players. But when she logs into Minecraft, she doesn't see my invitation. If she clicks "Minecraft Realms", she see directly screen to buy a Realms or to launch the 30-day trial period.

What can we do?
