Named items randomly lose names when loading on Realms

When loading my character on a shared Realms server, randomly my named enchanted items will have lost their names. Not all of the named items will lose their names, just a few. Especially noticed with diamond pickaxe, iron helmet, iron boots. Has happened more than 3 times on separate occasions.
