Microsoft authentication issue accessing realm

when accessing realm, get error "you need to Authenticate Microsoft Services"  even though logged into Microsoft account, realms access was working some hours ago, rebooted android phone, logged out, back into Microsoft Services account, realm access looks to be normal, attempts to load resource packs, then errors. Issue seen on both Android and iOS device
