Writing on signs always dissapears

This issue first started on 1.17 where the writing would sometimes dissapear after placing. Since 1.18 the writing on signs diappears 100% of the time within a second of placing, even if just A single letter placed. This is affectecting everyone on the realm playing on iphones, xbox ones and playstations
