Pets are broken

My dog is standing up but will not follow me, I tried to sit her down but I cannot sit her down. Same goes for Birds, I cannot sit the Bird down but will appear on my shoulder if I stand near her. Will get off if I jump but will not follow me and I can't sit them down.
