Realm is on 1.18.2, but I have no updates available to update to 1.18.2

Me and my friends have a realm together, about 8 of us in total. Some of us play on console and some of us play on windows 10. There was a recent update and it said what is attached in the photo, so I contacted the owner to update it and he did. However it still said the same thing so asked him what version he had it on, and he said 1.18.2. Which was weird because on my PC and console my version was 1.18.10, and I had no updates.
