cheats still locked off but cannot earn acheivments

I cannot earn achievements on my realm but cheats are still locked off

 

I don't know for sure but could be because a while ago I accidently put creative mode on (I thought i was on my copy for testing builds) but I noticed soon after and put the realm back to a previous backup which turned cheats back off, but I still cannot earn achievements.
