Text on signs are vanishing.

For the past 2-3 Months there has been an issue with signs on my realm, the signs are fine whilst typing them but once you click enter the sign losers all text, this has been an issue for every player in my realm. However on most other Realms the issue is not present? If you require anymore information let me know as this is my first bug report so it aint perfect.
