What I expected to happen was: Uploading Attachment files can make webpages.

What actually happened was: trying to upload the file first comment later.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make a .html file
2. make a .htm file
3. make a .php file
4. upload it using this bug report page at Attachment:
5. click the uploaded file to get the web link.

6. TESTED IT DONT WORK GOOD JOB =D
