Dyes use RGB colour system

Here's a list of the problems I've found so far, although there may be others.  Please let me know if you find them so I can edit them in.

• Black dye isn't craftable.
• Blue, red, and green syes are uncraftable, despite being the secondary colors.
• Brown dye is uncraftable, despite being a darkening of orange.
• Lime dye should be made with yellow and green, not gree and white, which would instead make desaturated green.
• Magenta and cyan can be crafted, despite being primary colors.

I hope that these are fixed soon.
