Errors in dye recipes

Certain dye recipes are not correct:

• Black dye cannot be mixed
• Blue dye cannot be mixed from cyan and magenta
• Brown dye cannot be mixed from darkening orange with black
• Green dye cannot be mixed from red, yellow, and grey
• Red dye cannot be mixed from magenta and yellow
• Lime dye is mixed from green and white, instead of green and yellow
• Magenta dye can be mixed at all
• Cyan dye can be mixed at all

These should probably be fixed.
