Unable to join world.

In my Minecraft PE world, i was walking around when it kicked me out without saving and quitting. Because of that, it took me back to when it last auto-saved, when I was sleeping. If I try to click ‘Leave Bed’, it kicks me out of Minecraft again, and it does it over, and over. I can’t play the world because of this, and I can’t just make a new world because I would lose all my progress, and builds.
