Cannot log in to MCPE

Hello,

I cannot log in to MCPE on my iPad. For a few weeks, it has been requesting to log in to sisu.xboxlive.com. All attempts to use this URL have failed. It shows loading, then goes to a blank screen. I have downloaded the 1.16.40 Hotfix, but the fix did not work for me. I attached a photo, sorry, it is sideways.
