Cannot launch Minecraft on Windows 10

When launching the game it immediatly crashes. Tried to reinstall from Microsoft store, but it didn`t work. It affects only this app. Tried to relogin to my Microsoft account, re-registering UWP apps. Here`s the video of this bug: https://youtu.be/FuaraBV51Qk
