Minecraft windows 10 edition crashing on startup

Yes here i am opening this issue again since you guys marked the old one as solved while it's not, it's been more than 1 month and yet this stupid issue is occurring again, it's clearly getting on my nerves since i'm unable to play a game i PAID for. this is ridiculous...
