Random Change Of Stair Orientation

When stairs are placed, their orientation will randomly change ( for example, a stair placed facing the player moves and faces sideways). This seems to happen to about 50% of the stairs placed, but it makes it very difficult to construct things when the orientation is incorrect to what is wanted.
