Mouse scrolling

In version 0.12.0.1, and only in fullscreen mode, the mouse scrolling in the inventory list seems to behave strange.
If I start the game in fullscreen I need to scroll 2-3 "clicks" on the mouse scroll wheel before the selection is changed in the inventory list. If I turn off fullscreen, and don't restart Minecraft one scroll "click" cycles through the inventory list about 2½ times.
If I then restart Minecraft, still with fullscreen off, the scrolling works perfect.
I can actually then switch the game to fullscreen, and the scrolling is still working perfect, but if I restart Minecraft, the scrolling is broken again.
