When i try to transfer my world to bedrock on ps4 my game crashes

When I downloaded the update for bedrock on my ps4 I was really excited to play my big survival world with my friend on Xbox but when I went to transfer it the game crashed. Every update I have tried again and again but it is still happening. It just shows the loading bar then the background freezes then the game crashes.
