log in prompt - again and again

Hello, we unfortunately have the problem that we have to constantly re-register with Minecraft under a Nintendo Switch at https://aka.ms/remoteconnect, up to three times a day.

Also the loading of the Mojang picture at the beginning - endless ... see picture 1

Why is that? The firewall is free to the outside and inside for the switch, I can't understand why you have to repeat this so often. Please help us make the game fun again!
