You need to authenticate to Microsoft services

Every time I try to join a server or realm, it says "You need to authenticate to Microsoft services."also sometimes I can connect to servers/realms, but after I leave the same thing happens. I tried restarting my phone, restarting Minecraft, logging out and in Minecraft, deleting and re-installing Minecraft, re-downloading the Xbox app. Anything I can do to fix?
