My microsoft account wont log in on my switch

Every time that I try to log in to my Microsoft account on my switch it says that I need to manually log in. I do this every time and have tried multiple devices but it then doesn't let me select sign in to Microsoft account. This problem has been going on for almost 2 months and is incredibly stressful. What can I do to fix it?
