Player is stuck in game. Other players can't sleep. Player can't join.

Hi, 

A user is unable to join one of our Nintendo Switch worlds. The user joins and it says "Generating World" but never gets past the end of Building Terrain. If the user attempts to join, the user will appear to other players at a spawning spot hovering just above the ground.
