Minecraft RTX 1.16.3 Crashing on Startup

So I managed to leave the beta (I have been stuck in the RTX beta since months) and then RTX 1.16.3 gets released so I want to try it. So I re-enroll the RTX beta, after having uninstalled Minecraft. I re-install Minecraft and now the game crashes on startup when the red Mojang logo is shown. If I quit the beta the game works fine.
 
I tried to:

• Uninstall and reinstall and restart
• Uninstall with

  Get-AppxPackage -allusers *minecraftUWP* | remove-appxpackage -allusers

• Run wsreset.exe from the powershell to reset the store
• Uninstall graphic drivers with DDU (Display Drivers Uninstaller) from Guru3D
• Reinstall latest game ready Nvidia drivers

My laptop has a RTX2080
The old RTX beta worked fine, but I was stuck in it for months
