No cross platform friends list is showing MCBE

I have an issue where I load my world and I cant seam to access my friends on other platforms to invite them. I have signed in and have added them countless times now and my cross platform list is not showing when I go to invite on my ps4 world this is a recent glitch as I invited them just before the 16.40 hot fix I hope theres a specific solution as its frustrating I cant continue my world with them. I have tried to search for this problem but I'm unable to see any form of solution I can join them but it says unable to connect to world aswell
