Problem joining a server, I can't get past the loading screen that says "Locating server"

I have an error in the game that does not allow me to enter a server, it does not let me pass the loading screen that says "Locating server", but the other people who are inside the server if they see my nick enter, only that I in my screen didn't fit. I've been reporting for days and nobody communicates with me !!!
