Custom Skins cannot be used online anymore

When signing out and signing back in to retrieve custom skins, (not skin maker, imported custom skins) multiplayer no longer is available. The marketplace is not available including owned skin packs, it will say no friends are online, and featured server say "coming soon." I cannot invite friends and I am unable to join them. All of this only happens when I retrieve my imported custom skins.
