Everytime I enter the end, a wither automatically spawns

Every time I enter the end, a wither automatically spawns, without me puting soul sand or any wither skulls, and if I kill the wither, and then go back to the overworld, and then go back again to the end, the wither spawns again, and I dont put any soul sand or wither skulls.
