Pause menu glitch in superflat

On Pause, Vision obscured by big loading Symbol when playing on a super flat world. Does Not go away, lose all my progress in the world since last save Only with screen animations on. Also with accounts that join the world with player glitch.(I Cant Go Back on versions)
