Gamerule firedamage doesn’t affect damage from magma blocks

The bug

If you set the gamerule fire damage to false, you still get damage from magma blocks. This also was a bug on java edition and got fixed. MC-160919

How to reproduce:

1. Run this command: /gamerule firedamage false
2. Place a magma block
3. Make fire somewhere
4. Go into survival mode
5. Go into fire
6. You don’t take damage from it
7. Go on top of the magma block
   You still take damage from it.
