PE: Controls missing on world I downloaded from Realms. inventory bar still there

I downloaded a world that was created on my Xbox and uploaded to my Realms. When I opened the download it didn’t have the direction controls, jump button, or the controls at the top. I still have my inventory bar. I created a new world in PE and it shows all the controls. I tried hiding and unhiding HUD, but that didn’t fix anything.
