Chat lag (Singleplayer)

Summary: When running a specific command with @e via the chat window, the game freezes on you. Don't worry, if your patient enough, the lag will disappear after a few seconds.

How to reproduce:

1. Run a affected command with @e with lots of entities in the world

Observed Result: The screen freezes for a few seconds

Expected Result: The screen shouldn't freeze

Affected Commands (comment if there's more Commands affected):

Very bad: /effect, /execute, /replaceitem

Not as bad: /tp

It was not like this before 1.16.20, 1.16.21, or 1.16.40, and it doesn't happen on other devices.
