1.16.40 Hotfix on Switch Crashes while loading Minecraft

When trying to start Minecraft up for a couple of minutes, the game will crash and say the error,  "the software was closed because an error occured." I have updated all of everything to make sure everything was correct and it was still crashing while loading up Minecraft.
