Xbox one world will not launch

We bought the world "World of Magic: Flame Price" by Cyclone for our Xbox One. We do not play on Xbox Live where others can join, as we only play as a family w our 7 year old. Every time we create this new world it will not load, freezes Minecraft and then closes us out of Minecraft, hence we can never actually open and play the world.

please help.
