Skyrim Mashup Pack Isn't Working

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Skyrim Mashup Pack multiple times in attempt to fix the issue. I have tested the pack on multiple worlds and it works, but whenever I try to put it on my realm it just doesn't work. I have set priority to it as well and still nothing. Deleting it off the cache doesn't work either.
