Game does not respond when entering fullscreen

This has to go with 0.12.1 Win 10. When going in fullscreen, the game will no longer respong. And every time when I relaunch the game, after the mojang logo fades into Minecraft. It runs for a split .3 seconds and freezes. I cannot revert back and disable the setting, and I do not know how to go to the settings file and change it manually.

I really need this issue fixed for at least 0.12.2 very soon please.
