Bug with RTX(decided)

Previously, all textures were black, but now when you enter the world, the image is divided into 4 parts, the features of which you can see in the attached video
steps to repeat:
1-go to minecraft
2-enable RTX textures
3-go to any world with RTX texture support

 
PS I updated the driver and everything was fine, that's the answer)
