I can´t login to minecraft windows 10.

I didn´t  play minecrfat for 2 weeks and when i played again i updeated it to 1.16.2 and from there it does not let me log into minecraft, i updated it to 1.16.4 and it still cannot, i need help please, because i also can not login to xbox applications, thanks.
