Golden Collar Visual Discrepancy

The bug is a visual discrepancy in the golden collar character creation item in bedrock minecraft on ps4 .  When worn without a cape the golden collar appears to have shoulder pads that extend to the sides, but when a cape is worn in conjunction with the golden collar these shoulder pads no longer appear.
