Can't adjust button for sensitivity or button size

I go to adjust the 2 bars for sensitivity and button soze, but everyime i click on one then click somewhere else on the screen it still adjusts the levels enen after clicking other settings on that page. Just need my buttons bigger and would like to adjust sensitivity as well. Is this just a beta problem? That's the version i have
