World's are gone

I had to Uninstall minecraft because the game kept crashing every time I opened a world and I reinstalled minecraft signed into my account and noticed all of my world's where gone and I didn't know how to back them up but I saw that my Microsoft account should have saved it but they are still missing.Is there a way i can i get them back?
